认证口译员（兼职）| Exams Translator (Part-time)

工作内容：

• 在认证现场为考官和考生提供口译服务；
• 随考官在国内出差，提供随行口译服务；
• 工作地点：翻译人员可根据自身情况选择工作时间和工作地点，在每个城市完成工作后随考官前往下一个城市。

要求：

• 英语听、说、读、写流利，不要求有音乐学习经验；
• 自由职业者或目前从事的职业可自由安排时间，每年三月、九月、十二月可出差，最短一周，最长四至五周；
• 年龄在35岁以上者优先，身体条件适合长途旅行；
• 考官和翻译人员的行程由RSL中国统一安排。我们会尽量考虑翻译人员的特殊需求，但仍要求翻译人员能服从统一调度和管理；
• 具有良好的沟通和倾听能力，为人理性亲和，形象较好；
• 居住地不限，在北京、上海、广州等地优先。

特别说明：为公平、公正起见，凡是已经在从事现代音乐教学、或有意从事现代音乐教学的老师，不得担任RSL认证的现场翻译工作。

待遇：

• 面试通过后，将统一安排培训并签署相关协议。没有学习过音乐也没关系，我们会提供相关的专业词汇和场景培训；
• 每工作五天安排一个休息日；
• 出差期间全程提供食宿、交通和保险，并按天计算劳务费。

国际学校销售助理（北京）| International Schools Sales Executive (Beijing, China)

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:

To establish and develop sales growth of RSL products across International schools in China. To provide tactical support and strategic direction for the country representatives as required.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Secure new and develop existing RSL business with International Schools in China.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers in International Schools.
• Contact and visit International Schools to generate brand awareness, promote our products and identify business development opportunities.
• Plan and then activate strategies to achieve agreed sales targets with International schools across China.
• Proactively develop and maintain and in-depth knowledge of all RSL products, competitors, market trends and development within International Education provision in China.
• Deliver sales presentations face to face and virtually to demonstrate the effectiveness of RSL products.
• Provide support and direction to the International Business Development Executive and wider International RSL team as required.
• Work closely with the existing RSL representatives to ensure the smooth running of all RSL examinations and qualifications.
• Understand relevant academic rules, regulations and policies in China.
• Be an advocate for the brand.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree level education.
• Good understanding of the music industry and how music is taught in schools.
• Demonstrable knowledge of long term project planning, monitoring and on-going business development
• Culturally empathetic.
• Ability to work on own initiative and without supervision.
• IT literate with the ability to use technology to communicate effectively and support the business.
• Organised, self-motivated and target focused.
• Strong networking and excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening.
• Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
• Financially astute, with excellent attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness/ability to travel extensively within the region.
